Patient Participation Group

The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a patient-led group supported by the practice to help shape services, support the community and improve the patient experience.   No special training or experience is needed – just a positive attitude and willingness to share your ideas.

Since January 2025, a small committee of volunteers has come together to restart the Church Street PPG and we’re now looking for more patients to join as supporters.

We’re keen to involve a real cross section of our patient demographic whether you’re a teenager, working parent or retiree, your perspective can help ensure our surgery supports everyone.

PPG supporters can get involved as much or as little as they wish, by attending annual meetings, offering advice and feedback on practice initiatives or helping to share updates and activities through social media.

By joining the PPG, you’ll help strengthen the partnership between patients and the practice and play a part in improving the care and experience we provide.  Click here for more information

If you have particular skills or experience that could be useful to the committee, please mention them when you complete the form below.  We’re especially welcome help with social media and communications.
