Ordering repeat prescriptions

All requests for repeat medication must be made in writing. You may do this in several ways:

• Via online service (NHS App, SystmOnline, Airmid). You will need to register to use this service
• Via the AccuRx online consultation service (link below)
• Via your nominated pharmacy if you have set up repeat prescription requesting (please speak to your pharmacy for details)
• Filling in a repeat request form at the practice

We are unable to take prescription requests by telephone.

However, if the medication you need is life threateningly urgent you need to let us know by telephone if you need urgent assistance.  

Please allow Four full working days before collecting your prescription from a surgery and Five working days if collecting your medicines directly from a pharmacy. These times start the day after you have put your prescription request in.
