Please do not submit multiple online consultations for the same issue. This creates duplicate work and delays responses for all patients. Once your request has been submitted, we will contact you when it has been reviewed. There is no need to chase unless your condition has changed significantly. GPs will assess all requests and prioritise urgent medical problems. Non-urgent matters, such as fit notes, insurance forms, holiday-related issues and routine appointments, will be dealt with as capacity allows.
