Patients are referred to the treatment room by the doctor or Practice Nurse. Patients will be assessed for suitability and eligibility by a health care professional before receiving treatment, such as ear irrigation.

The treatment room nurses carry out many procedures including; blood tests, ear syringing, injections, blood pressure checks, dressing of wounds.
Due to high demand there may be a waiting list. Your name will be added to the waiting list and you will be contacted in due course.

- Blood pressure as part of medication monitoring (related to treatment room care only)
- Taking emergency samples for CDM patients (urgent blood sample required following lab results)
