New Mum & Baby Check

Please ensure you have registered your baby as a patient with the surgery before this 8 week check.

Please bring along to your appointment your child’s red book, this will enable weight & vaccinations to be recorded for your future reference.

We will book a 15 minute appointment for Mum with the GP, followed immediately after with a 15 minute appointment for the baby.

A 15 minute appointment should then be booked with the Nurse only for your baby’s first immunisation.

Please ensure a parent mobile contact number is on your baby’s registration notes to enable our team to add this to the baby’s record, this will ensure you receive a text reminder for the baby’s appointment as well as your own.If you have any queries or require assistance in booking, please contact our Reception Team who will be happy to assist you.
