Learning Disabilities

Adult patients with learning disabilities could benefit from engaging with Purple Star, this service is run by Hertfordshire County Council.

Church Street Partnership (CSP) have received Purple Star Accreditation in recognition in our commitment to bridging the health inequalities gap faced by patients with a learning disability. Please contact CSP to inform us of a learning disability, if you believe CSP are not in possession of this information (i.e. if you have received a private diagnosis of a learning disability).

Hertfordshire Health Liaison Team will provide patients with learning disabilities a Purple Folder. This Purple Folder is a record of health information about the patient with learning disabilities. It helps doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other health professionals to provide healthcare and treatment that is best for you. Please visit website below for further details:
