Following Government guidelines our surgeries are currently only open to patients with a booked appointment. We have temporarily suspended the online booking system for the time being. Please only visit our sites if you have been specifically asked to come in by a doctor or a nurse. On arrival you will need to ring a bell to gain entry.
Prescriptions can be sent to you by post or to your pharmacy. For any medical or prescription queries please complete an eConsult form via our website. You do not need to be registered for online access to do so. Please see Online Services for further details

We have been working hard to offer a high level of care to our patients, which is continually reviewed by our team. We have very successfully introduced online, video and telephone consultating into our practice. When calling the practice, a member of the reception team will ask if you would like to be contacted by video link should this be deemed necessary. A weblink will be sent to your mobile number, where you will be asked to join a secure, confidential video consultation with the clinician.
For home visits requests, please contact our reception team.
You may be asked to visit the practice for a face to face consultation. We are now able to offer a number of appointments at one of our sites. Please arrive at the appointment time given as we may be unable to allow you to enter earlier than your appointment time. On arrival, you will need to ring the external doorbell and you will be given further instructions by our reception team.
We are currently offering telephone, video and face to face reviews and appointments with a member of the nursing team. If you are required to attend an appointment face to face you will be provided with an appointment time and the location at the time of booking.
The practice clinical pharmacist can discuss medication reviews and long-term condition monitoring via a telephone consultation.
You can now cancel appointments by replying CANCEL to the appointment text you will receive. Please cancel any appointments you no longer need, giving as much notice as possible so that we are able to offer the appointments to other patients.
Appointments can also be cancelled using SystmOnline, even those that cannot be booked online.
